CHÔL Aromatique offers a same-day delivery service for your convenience, allowing you to purchase products at designated CHÔL Aromatique branches or via Chat & Shop. Completed order would take within the same day to your doorstep.

  • Customers can track their delivery status through the delivery provider of their choice, such as GRAB or LINE MAN.

  • Delivery fees are charged according to the actual rate of the selected provider.
  • Same-day delivery fees are billed separately from product purchases and may be paid directly to the delivery provider or through the brand.

  • The same-day delivery service operates from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., on business days including weekends and public holidays. Please ensure payment for products and delivery is completed within the stated service hours.

  • The brand reserves the right to offer same-day delivery only within Bangkok and its metropolitan areas.
  • Customers are kindly requested to review their order details and ensure product readiness before proceeding with delivery through the selected provider.
